We lost three in the last month . . . . . no reason why, just a brief note saying they no longer required their windows cleaning ! Really bugs me because we do not know why :

Lost a customer today because they said that the pure water was leaving a film on the glass-I was at a bit of a loss as to what to say to her, except I have had any one say that to me!
Perhaps if it was windy it blew dust onto it, ive noticed that is one failing with this system if it is windy and alot of dust/pollen in the air, it sticks to the glass before it dries.As for loosing customes, fortunately we dont loose many, tho when we do it feels kinda personal! So long as its not cus of our work, then that is their right as customers to do.However, as mentioned, if they decide to come back, its at a revised price
