Anyone do this? I have some big custies i.e- georgian manor houses when i have to do the insides i take in  a new squeegie channel measure it against the georgian frame and then go outside and hack saw it down to the perfect fit, i reckon i saved 3 hours or so on one house by being able to soap up the pains and just blade off straight down. anyone else got any time saving tips for inside georgians etc, just picked up a big un

Carry a spare rubber and cut that to fit, then take it home and cut the channel, engrave a reference on it, I used to have 14  :

Hi Andy,been doing it for years.for outside stuff also.
I used to do a hotel where I needed 4 different sized
`custom cut`channels that fitted each window.Don`t
Do it at all now,outside I WFP and inside because
Of the lack of nicotine ( smoking regs) I just `whip`
Over em`with a scrim or microfiber.
The big advantage with straight pulls with your squeegee
Doing this type of work is your rubbers last a lot longer
