Skylight dormer advice needed

Hi all,
Just looking for some advice re. a skylight dormer type window with 6x vertical panes. This is approx 30ft up. Has been cleaned with reach and wash but each pane is covered in hardwater/limescale coating (run offs from rain - years of build up) They are fixed in the roof and do not open.
Any ideas on best cleaning method from the ground ? My thoughts are either scaffold or cherry picker to be close to see what you are doing.
Cheers
