In all honesty mate its a crap picture. You cant really make out the work that needs doing. Is that whole side sectioned into pieces approximately 4' x 2' or is that barwork something else, thus making the glass sections bigger and easier to clean? Will all that junk be gone when they want you to clean it? Or will you spend the day hopping over tools and dodging scaffolding?

If theyre all separate pieces of glass I can count over 160 in that pic alone. Insides trad, at height, builders clean, can you use that scaffold in the pic?

you need better pics just noticed doorway which cant be seen and that steel beam work will restrict you a bit for one man you could be on 2-3 hrs doing insides plus i noticed a sloping roof frame outside it will be time consuming plus if their is stickers on glass you they will expect them to be totally spotless it could take you 4-5 hrs all in depending on how awkward insides are .  £200 upwards .  MIKE

I would say £300 - £350!  Try and get in before fixtures and fittings so you can erect a tower to clean internally properly, thats if they want a proper clean.  H&S will demand proper RAMS so bear in mind the hidden extras.

All that stuff will be cleared surely?

Sorry it's not a great pic..

Yes the builders will be gone and builders clean will be done and then I will clean the windows.

I'm not doing the builders clean.

Think of how much you would quote if it wasn't a builders clean... Then add another 100% atleast because it is a builders clean!
