I think what Dean is asking is pretty simple............
if you employ someone to clean windows then is using ladders the safest way?
If ladders is the safest way, which it should be if you are using them, are you/do you provide training and supervision over such an activity?
 Now come on, lets be real, there can't be many who can answer yes,yes and yes to them questions !!!

i like to take lads on who are on dole or sick them who wait outside train station for work ,i buy them there meals and give them 10 pound for a days work theres loads outside piccadilly train station manchester ,that way if they fall of they carnt claim off you plus if they fall off and they dead i just take the window cleaning gear of them put the ladders on car and do one,police will think he was trying to break in the house and fell from the drain pipe.

It's not dodgy if they fall off and die. There are millions out of work, so you are helping the economy by constantly taking on new staff. Whilst also giving the funeral directors good business.
Falls and deaths, means new starters, too; so, the conversation never goes stale.
