Always accept a cuppa but usually don't drink it, pour it in the flower bed or something.
Makes people feel good giving you a cuppa, but too much and you're looking for somewhere to offload 'cos your back teeth are floating.
Coffee or tea I find most do it differentlly from how I like it.
A manager is generally someone who has been promoted to the position by someone else who didn't see them as a threat.
Hence all people are promoted to the level of their incompetence

I never have a cuppa when offered by a customer. Its usually awful and it slows you down. I say very nicely that I have a flask in the van but thanks for asking.

Looks like you are at the worse end of it. Actually this happens to me one time too. I was cleaning the house and they give me tea but tea was very tasty. They use some kind of tea spice from India.

Same here. Some feel rejected or summat if you refuse. Always say yes please  ;D
