650l upright help

hi guys
does anyone have any links or help for me ?
basically we are having our garage converted
and i want a tank of some sort for my 650l tank
to sit in incase of overflowing and damaging new room ?

Fit a tap  or outlet at the top of the tank and run a hose out of the building.
