i agree with dean stay well clear come on what is the point of doing it where will the profit be ?parking walking in the mall then its all gona be trad too.

retail shop fronts only work if you are very cheap and have alot as a matter of fact i had a call from a shop front recently 2 shops in a row inside and outside outside wont take long with wfp the insides would take a little longer trad ,but considering driving parking, etc said £40 told her she has to pay a booking deposit via bank transfer and balance upon completion, i wont be sending you an invoice then waiting 60 days like most window cleaners, i went on explaining you can have it 2 monthly rather then weekly so it would save them some cash.,she couldn't believe how relaxed i was it appears most are fighting over any commercial work, she is also assuming that she can call me on Monday midday and have me in Hammersmith when ever she likes. because she must speak to her boss first its crazy stuff...  i could be anywhere , and i have a route to follow ,

I remember quoting for a top shop of similar size.  I made a mistake in the email and said it'd be £4 to do the outsides.  I still didnt get the job!

Dave its a Top shop in the pic

No they did not accept my quote

I put in £20 outside ( £10 left £10 right) still think that price was too cheap was originally thing of £30

and £20 inside

If it was not in a mall than I would have put £10 in as too wfp that would have been a easy 10 mins work , but I,m not going to trad all that for £6/8 NO WAY!!!!!

Working it out I would want £250 per month, rounding it down.
