Hydramaster UK Customer Service

Was on the phone to Rodney yesterday afternoon ( Hydramaster ) after ordering the parts i required for t/m, he kindly pointed me in the right direction of a maintainence proedure i had totaly over looked
my parts arrived today, ( within 24 hours ) on opening the package  there was a very professional  2006 diary enclosed
now thats what you call customer service

they recieved my drymaster upholstery tool on monday and i got it back 150 miles away, repaired on tuesday morning, no diary though, what a shower!!!!

Yes I agree what a shower, went down last week was there over lunchtime, but had to walk to the local pub for my Cornish pasty!!  Even though they put one on their web site( looks delicious) only joking of course, nice bunch of people do anything for you.  And just received my bill and that to is very reasonable-praise be to hydra master--- hope they read this looking for further discount Ted   ;D

Ps i brought a couple of handtools across from the states, an upholstery one and a general handtool do you need one? not bad prices

Geoff, I bought the same as I lent you, I'm only selling this new one because hopefully now you've bought the drymaster tool you'll be giving me it back ;)

Mike, on the front lower panel on t/m were quick connects are there is what looks like two cap bolts, when you undo them they have filters attached to them  what catch any crap in the manifold, they was not a pretty sight when i got them out  :-[

could be interested in the handtool if its the drymaster, would you take a brand new 9" swivell head stair tool in px and would i be able to try before i buy ? two weeks ive played with the swivell head and am convinced its was designed by somebody 6 feet or over  ;D
