Did one of my commercials today and one of the supervisors came out and said I hear your lot are taking the Health and Safety Executive to court.

Shortened version:-

I said "Really? - who do you mean by "your lot?""

He said "Your Federation of window cleaners - I heard they're taking the HSE to court over these pole systems."

I said "Well, I'm not in the Federation........., but what have you heard?"

He said "That's all really."

Anyone know what this might be about or is it just a baseless rumour?
