 hi all ,i have got statments for vac and moping and toilets which i thought is enough for office/factory units or is it?? or do i have to do one for dusting/glass cleaning. do they read them and will they expect the last two regards blacksheep

Ref: Method Statements

In ALL cleaning regardless of the location you need to have method statements and risk assessments for each operation you do on site, including glass cleaning and dusting. In short do a method statement for each task and then risk assess it.
