Help needed please
« on: October 04, 2011, 06:49:20 pm »
Ive had a 2 man WFP system for about 18 months now with barely a problem. Now for some reason when both operators work together only one of them seems to get a decent water flow and the other one gets barely nothing! When only one is working from either pump 1 or pump 2, the flow rate is fine again. The problem is only when 2 try to work together.Any information to my problem is welcome before i contact Pure Freedom in the morning.Cheers guys.

Had battery tested and was told it was fine.It seems like water starvation from the tank?Could there be an air lock somewhere maybe before the pumps? Is it common practice to have both pumps drawing water from the tank through the same hose or should the pumps have their own outlets so there cant be any interferance?Or can it be the pumps have had their day?Dont really know how long they last.

I had this problem to, How do you split the hose from the outlet from the tank? I had this problem when i use 1/2in hose, swop it 1in hose and solved the problem.

Yes no matter what the flow rate is,same problem.Earlier tonight i filled some water containers through the outlet ports with the flowmetres set at 99.It took alot longer than normal. One pump seemed slightly slower and the other was practically dribbling out so i just used one in the end!
