Just got 4 brand new clamps and epoxy for them, after contacting them the othe day.

spoke to someone there the other day very pleasent, understood what was wrong with the clamps i had.
and has shipped out all 4 clamp for my pole not just the 2 broken ones.

so i am pleased with the after sales service i have had from them.

Two new bolts recieved today after I contacted them this week with a pole problem following the posts on here, cant fault the service I have recieved, perhaps they are trying to change their image?

There was probably no systemic 'problem' in the first place, but more of a clash of personalities between those here and there, at Brodex.  Now those relationships have changed, (albeit the same old moaners are still on here, and some at B have moved on), the out come is different.  This is not to deny that there may have been some poor service at some point, that is entirely possible - who was the last person to complain that Gardners don't answer the 'phone?  Probably every here has had that particular complain to make abou them.  In fact I hate it that they don't answer the phone, but I don't hold it against them.  I expect Kirsty's out a lot of the time at playgroup or something.  You just don't know.

It's not like we need some great enquiry into this.  It's like there has been a mass murder by the health secretary and the NHS managers; what's happened, I think, is that certain people on here have gotten their teeth into the topic and won't let go.
