I have watched, and taken part in the bad reviews that Brodex has received on here . . . . so I am doing my part in the reconciliation and forgiveness of Brodex and their customers.

I bought three hydra poles with the " three year guarantee ", but a short time after using the poles the collar came loose, so I phoned them and was fobbed off and told to go forth to B & Q !

If you contact me and put things right I will post only positive things about you, because I like your products but the after sales were terrible.

That doesn't feel like an olive branch it's nothing unique from you about Brodex. Seems just like someone who's bored looking to stir up what has previously been a heated topic.

Hi Guys,

Just to let you all know that we don't allow suppliers do get involved in posts and issues with their customers on the forum! If we allowed this to happen the forum would not be what it is today, if you have any issues with suppliers you have to contact them. It has nothing to do with Clean It Up and suppliers hands are tied as to how much they can say on here so cannot give you a straight answer on Clean It Up!

Enough is enough now, you have to remember that advertisers are keeping this forum going as strong as it is today!
