Just finishing last house tonight and the Asian couple from next door come out and say how much ??

Tells em £12 once a month .... no no no we only want them doing the once

so they start wittering away in Punjabi (very discourteous) then say yes ok u come tomorrow

pretty certain they were saying along of lines get em done then cancel or mess about with paying etc etc

so will go there tomorrow and apologise for forgetting to tell them first clean is treble charge as theyre so dirty

that rings a bell got the same got a call of one to clean windows   person i spoke to on phone spoke perfect english gose to collect money only got some one who had no idea got paid though gose back next month said we will let you know when we wont em doing a gain>

God they always pull that trick after the one off cleans...had this a few times but your doing the right thing here.. first time £24 then £12 on the rota but i bet you a fiver they knock you back..

He's dead right, i dont want to sound racist but the asians are a nightmare! they just dont want to part with it? AND they really think there DOING U the favour! Plus theres no loyalty, once the dole brigade knocks ther off!

If I'm wrong I will admit it ... Went there and told him that I wanted 3 cleans in advance ..paid no problem .. He gave me his name and his wifes name said no problem with money so perhaps 1st time for everything ??

I had the owner of our local tandoori ask me to clean his house once.
"How much you charge?" £12 i said.
"Thats too much I give you ten pounds". My price is £12.
"I will only give you ten pounds, you do them yes?". Ok I said I will do them for £10, which windows would you like me to miss?
"I want them all cleaning". Ok fine that will be £12 pounds please.
He walked off at that point.

I've only got a couple of Asian customers but i've got to say i've never had a problem with them.
Always home and pay me on the day.
I also did a one-off clean the other day for an Asian doctor who was renting a property. The windows were filthy and had not been cleaned for ages. When I quoted him I asked if he wanted a one-off or regular. He told me it would probably just be a one-off but may be regular in the future. I charged him the higher one-off rate and he was fine with that.

i got a smll round of 40 houses going in a asian area of west yorkshire most of paid ok if you got them but they where mostly at mosque to be fair always got money just took a bit longer so i sold round to loacal asian guy who built round up and doing well i still see him from time to time ive got a few jobs off him just shops that are to big for him hes trad so he aint bothred

Asians used to be a nightmare but now they are among some of my best customers. They can be a bit edgy till they get used to you but once that happens they are fine. And they pass you on to all their friends and family.
