August 2010 bought 100m microbore from cleaning spot. Kitted van out and it was ready to work for end of Sept after taking delivery of new van. Come Feb microbore started leaking in all different places so cut of about 25m and told cleaningspot about it, went them the hose and kept emailing and emailing and was getting no where. June cut another 10m off same again and then in Aug cut another 15m off and sent them this again, this time was dealing with Graeme in returns. They admitted that the hose was faulty but as it had been used then they wouldn't replace it and referred to their terms and conditions. I reminded them of the thousands that I had spent with them over the years and they offered me £15 off but no replacement. I told them this was outrageous and that I was not happy and they couldn't care less, his words were, 'we can't give you another hose so what you gonna do?' well for a start I'm letting you guys know how badly their customer service is and secondly I'm never buying anything from them again! Anyone else had any probs with cleaningspot?

Not used them myself  and im not going to after reading this!!

 Had mine for well over a year with no problems.

Just think, to replace that hose, at cost, would cost them very little, but to get reputation back could cost thousands.

I think the lesson windies can draw from this is that old adage 'a happy customer tells one person, an angry one tells ten' or it goes something like that anyway

Also pure freedom very good and also window cleaning warehouse for trad stuff (but they wfp as well)

Never had any problem with Cedric and Co in the six years I've been WFP. Buy pretty much all my stuff from them and it always turns up next day. They once sent me a replacement hose reel handle, free of charge after mine broke. Honestly can't fault them.

like wearing a pair of shoes everyday for 5mths and taking them back cause they worn out a bit.

It's obviously a naff one. Sounds like Cleaning spot need a hosing down.
Have you tried via the manufacturer.

Franky you must be earning some money mate if you think its ok to replace all your equipment after 5 months use! If you read the original post they actually admitted that the hose was faulty, its funny how I had 100m microbore off them 5 years ago and that one has no probs?

I've got 100m from Cleantech that has lasted 3 years of every day use. 5 Months is not ok.

A few weeks ago i needed to buy 2 flow contollers, so called cleaning spot and spoke 2 a guy with a foreign accecnt, but the tec info i needed on the product he didnt know at all! alls i got was err err err err - so i said dont worry about it, and bought them pure freedom instead, and cheaper! Johnathan at cleaning spot needs to look at his staff - i put the phone down thinking what the f**k ??
