High water from RO system
« on: September 21, 2011, 06:34:21 pm »
Hi,

I have been making water with this RO for  9months after the Xmas freeze. I had to purchase  spares when it all froze!! Well my problem seems to be that the water coming from my RO today before my DI is 202ppm.
Does anyone have any ideas? Its been working fine until last week, when i thought it was the resin in my DI. So i bought a smaller DI from Cleaning spot and hooked this up. It did the trick for an hour or so, then started producing water at 164ppm

Any Ideas please  :)

Thanks Mike

It seems lie the membrane has split as you tds went up very quickly the di would work but not for long before the resin is spent.
