can any1 help me plz?

I've been having problems with the resin filter. when i turn my pump on the water is bringing blue granules all over my customers frames and glass. Ive tried flushing the filter out and i still get same problem. any1 else using ionics pro6 system having same problem? and if you have found the solution of stopping it happening.
Another thing too when i'm filling my system the TDS meter reading is too high when the water is going in. Its reads 18 and sometimes 19ppm when i'm getting the 80% water going in and 20% waste and my resin filter is only lasting me just under 3 weeks. when i get it lower to around 10ppm i'm getting to much waste water.I can't win lol. can any1 help plz?

your resin filter is broken, the granuals is the resin itself coming through. simply change it, ionic resin filters only have about 8 liters of resin so dont last long anyway.

20% waste water is very little, many guys have 50/50 so dont be unhappy to turn the waste up, water isnt that expensive. when you flush your RO do it for 15 min each time. I find that helps
The best way to predict the future is to create it.

i've had 3 new resin tubes off ionics and every1 of them have done the same thing leaking resin, i've spoke to them at ionics and they say had no problems with them down there. I'm so mad with them, they don't seem to care. this is last week and this week. they don't admit its there problem, i'm stuck again waiting for a fourth filter to arrive.

TY about the waste water comment.
