Non baffled tank...?

Any of you guys use a non baffled tank in your van???

I no it will rock a bit more but do you find it that bad  ???

trafic has ibc 1000 ltrs usually only carry 200 - you get use to it... i like sea fishing  ;D ;D ;D
kangoo think its 600 baffled far better

I wouldn't use unbaffled if it is lay flat tank. The water sloshing backwards when you pull away puts extra stress on your clutch and could burn it out quicker. Probably get away with it using a narrow upright tank.

My 650l flat tank is baffled and I have filled it with bendy drainage pipe with holes in it makes a big difference when stopping no sloshing at all

How do you guys that do, go about baffling your tanks with this pipe then? Don't see how that will make a difference  ??? Please explain I'm intrigued ...

the flexi perforated hose as I linked to previously can be stuffed into the tank as a continual length in all directions.
Once in it will break up the to and frowing sloshing motion of the water whilst driving, the fact that it is perforated means that no air will get trapped within the hose whilst filling the tank and it will self level.

As SPE said but I cut mine into bits about 2m long and fed them round my tank baffles

wait until you have a emergancey situation or go round a corner to quick safty most be a priorty not only for you but other road users
