Work from canvaser advice

Going to start £500 worth of work on we'd that a canvasser got me, he left my business card for them and told them I would be doing it with WFP, but as this is new work do you think I should give the new custies a letter introducing myself and explaining the system, or just do them and leave a slip?
I know that I didn't tell my existing cuties of the change to WFP, but as these are new I didn't know if it would be better the explain the system

As much as we think the customer is interested in how we clean, the reality is that they are not at all interested. They dont care if we have a shiney van either.

Lee, a little of topic but how did you get your canvasser and did you get them to price the work for you?

Mike, I saw an advert he had on gumtree, and he gave me some references who I spoke to, they were happy with what he did for them, descussed my pricing and was pretty much the same as his and he went and got the work and priced it for me.
