Customers idea of the perfect window cleaner
« on: September 08, 2011, 08:21:20 am »
Been a little wet in these parts this week but carried on working.

Had 1 bloke come running out saying the noise had startled him as he didnt think I would be working this weather  ???

Translates to "well you have started so you might as well carry on" ... explained about water on water not making a difference and was happy enough so got me thinking as to what they want a perfect window cleaner to be.

so first off I would say

one that knocks first to ask if they want them doing

one that arrives exactly same time each month when expected.  Knocks on door first to make sure they need doing, if answer is no then they don't get done til next time!
Alternatively if they say "I don't expect you every 4 weeks exactly", or "if I'm not in don't do them if it's raining"...then the go on my "other" list  which is... I do them when I feel like it and if I lose them well who cares.

1. Will accept payment in 2p coins, and euros.

2. Can levitate over garden gate

3.Will clean only in perfect weather, and only when the widows are seriously mucky.

If you could get some serious comments and positioned your business to suit you would be on to something with this question.
