Help! Where do I get a Leather Tap on a Belt Holder

About 5 years ago I bought a leather tap on a belt holder which as you might guess lets you put a valve on your belt between the pole hose and the reel hose. It lets you unclip and reclip easily.

Being an old duffer I can't remember where I got it - any ideas as I need another one!

Mr Gold, there are 2 types , 1 for small hose and 1 for large , i think i have the one for small , if its any good to you , you can have it .
