stain advice please
« on: September 07, 2011, 09:30:45 pm »

 hi all
just done some bedrooms and hall stairs landing for a custie. all came up great but for one mark.

you know when you have a piece of furniture and you get the dust for an inch along the edge of the carpet. i have had this before and normal cleaner or a bit of prespotter has done the trick but this is really stubborn.

tried everything i know which isnt a lot i admit but iam amazed its so difficult to get out.

its a cheap twist with a bit of  a pile to it. tried mpower, then a solvent spotter. cbt, then pog just because was running out of ideas.

its a shame cos the rest of the carpet looks like new.

cheers
