Average Life Of TDS Meter Batteries

Hi members,anyone know what the average life of a TDS meter
Battery is thanks.
I don`t know wether mines `playing up`or what,but sometimes the
Readings I feel might be inaccurate

Mines buggered too.
Display is only showing some of the digits, changed batteries but buggered.
Contacted manufacturer who said out of warranty buy a new one.

I dropped mine into the IBC so got a new one then managed to get it working again however they never both read the same always a difference of 1 tds but handy to have a spare

My handheld one is about 5 years old still going fine.
My Inline R/O TDS Meter packed up about 3 years ago.

I just got another new one with the 4040 kit I bought.. And in the manual it says 1000hrs

We do offer a Control with an added TDS probe as its a single probe, we suggest that the probe is placed after the pump so you can check Purity before the pole.
At the moment we are not able to offer it as a retro fit option.

Mine died 2 months ago, lasted 9 years bought from OTT  :D lets hope the new batteries last for another 9 years, can't afford to keep replacing batteries!!  :P ;D

I use a twig and if it drips then TDS high but if it does not drip then its fine.

Handheld...since Oct 06 and 2x inline change batteries every year.
