I would normally use mircbore but will this do?#
I believe its a 12mm total diameter.
Will it work ok?

It standard garden hose- 12mm inner diameter!

Yep, garden hose - it'll be much heavier to start with than microbore, and at that price it's quite cheap for garden hose - so it'll probably kink all the time and probably will expand with the pressure from your pumpbefore the pressure switch kicks in.
