helping a mate, ex southern elec staff member ...
« on: August 31, 2011, 02:47:49 pm »
he got made redundant, was only there for about 4 months or so ..

anyway i was gonna help him out until he got another job.

seeing as he had good sales experience etc, i was thinking about getting him out 2 days or so a week doing a bit of commercial and domestic canvassing.

whats the sort of costing on this guys?

1.25 x a monthly clean or 1x 8 weekly is what I pay, average £150 a day

dont pay him less than X2 or imho your robbing him blind , if hes good theres no reason why on a good night he cant take over £100 and on a bad night average £25+ (bearing in mind i only do 5-7 so results may vary).

I dont touch commercial but perhaps charge a little bit extra on the commercial and pay him a monthly comission on the job ?

i think we are not on the same wave length with this post.

we mainlly do large commercial jobs and only around 100 houses a week.
