Tendering?

Just seen an Essex tender in Colchester in the business section and thought I may get some further details but only to notice that you need to have an annual turnover of at least £250k for eac year from the last two years.

Is it me or is that just way to out of reach for most companies in this current climate? It also seems as if they are stopping the smaller companies expanding...

If I'm wrong please tell me if I've miss read it...

it is so a one man band doesnt get the job and give up half way through after not getting paid,  that is why it is the same companies doing the same jobs,

I totally understand but to totally push aside smaller companies is damn right out of order imao...
There are plenty of messers out there but surely there must be greater percentage of decent hard working people out there looking to progress???

totally agree with you mate. looks like you will have to find £250k of domestic to get a foot in the door  ;D
