Static Caravan cleaning: How much would you charge ?
«
on:

Hi,
just a quick question to ask how much would the average price be to clean a static caravan roughly 38 x 12.
I have bought a static caravan, and was wondering if it would be worth it down the line if i am asked to clean some of them.
Thanks

Be careful if you use chemicals. I know that caravan windows can be damaged with window cleaning sprays; it's makes them 'crazy pave'; or at least it used to. Mabye this doesn't happen with more modern caravans?
I think before starting, it would need a little investigation; those caravans are worth a lot of money and easily damaged.

Beware they take a lot longer than, you would think . I speak from experience they are a pain to get a good finish especially if not cleaned regularly . My prices start at £ 45 for clean & pure water rinse . Pressure washing is a no no due to seals etc though I do use it for decking around static vans with prices starting at £ 20 lot of I depends on how bad they are you won't get much change out of 5hrs for a minging one inc decking. Hope this helps. Neil. C. C. Caravans

Its the black streaks under the windows that are the hard bit to remove caused by corroding seals

We are in the North east area and charge £45 to £65.00 per private static and around £45.00 for site owned caravans for hire. Cleaning charges are for only exterior excluding roofs. we do not use pressure wahers as they can break seals use only pure water and for green algae we use Swift & Sure safe algae remover and for coarbonised black staining we use Biobased Multi purpose cleaner and for very stubborn staining use Biobased safe grafitti remover these 2 products are green products which are made from plant extracts and are the way forward for the future. no come backs with claims etc.
if you want more info on these products you will have to call me 07771523669
