and it looks like the brushes now come with no sockets if you want one then you have to pay extra £2 think thats a bit over the top when they come as standed before.

As has been correctly stated all brushes now come with the choice of being ordered without sockets. The decision to do this was to offer the greatest choice to buyers and also prevent unwanted items being paid for. When we made this change we also reduced each brush price by the appropriate amount. Therefore those that buy a brush with a socket fitted pay exactly the same as before. Whereas those who already have a socket from an older brush or who use the new carbon goosenecks that do not require a socket do not have to pay for something they will not be using.
It is only the Xtreme brush range that have the choice of just a 90° socket - this is due to the narrow design of the stock. All other brushes including the Sill brush have the choice of both the 90° socket and the angled socket.
If required you can still fit an angled socket, but you would need to contact the Office to ask for this to be done for you before sending the brush out.
