Hi Guys

I have a problem with some Armstrong Flooring, we have inherited a problem where we have taken over some vinyl with bad staining,

The floor is sealed with Vectra floor polish and we use Annihilator to strip, the floors are toilet floors in a rest home, we were hoping that the staining would come off with the polish but no luck, some staining is shadow like grey in colour around toilet bowl, some are red around the edges and one is just yellow all over.

We suspect that it comes from toilet sanitizers and disinfectants probably diluted wrong, no bleach on site

Do any of you fine cleaners use any stain removal products that might work here
