Did a quote last week for a house at some racing stables in Lambourne and went today to do the clean internal/external.
however when we got there the scaffold was still up around the building but we were told if we did the insides the scaffold would be down in time to start the outsides,
did both internal and external with scaffold still there and the owner was well pleased, I did tell her that when they take scaffold down the dust would dirty them again but she was still very pleased and paid the £340
she then asked for a monthly quote for the externals and I said £60 great we will see you next month then
they dont come around like that every day vbut when they do well worth savouring
