It all depends on what you actually wish to achieve from the deal.If you just want to be busy and make a living, then no it is bloody daft to use Groupon,however if like Jason first stated many moons ago, you wish to try to sell add ons and get a data base, then there are a lot worse and more expensive ideas out there.

Get a groupon deal or similar for a meal out and you get put in a corner out the way
I have spoken to Groupon and they wanted us to clean 3 carpets for £28 and they get 50% of that. "I don't think so"
Lets just see how it goes for jason, if it works for him load of others will follow. If not he's the type to say so and then he will have done you a favour
