Well isn’t it so surprising to hear from Ashby’s customer service again, I was one of their customers for many years, I would say at least 9 years, and I cant tell you the amount of time I got so stressed  from these people in terms of ripping me off, unfortunately  at that time there was no forum like this so I could warn others  not to go near them, but they have shown their true color now .

 IT IS AMAZING WHAT GOES ROUND COMES ROUND.

Oh dear, guess what same problem has just happend to my ninja,pump that they repaired with new pump head weeks ago,is leaking again,I was no way going to go back to them,but as I have just spent 400 with them,I called them spoke to dereks wife she said they may do this under the warranty, hmm will see,as we all know as soon as you walk in the shop it costs cant beleave same thing has gone again,any ideas :
