Window Cleaning Training/NVQ
« on: July 25, 2011, 09:24:39 pm »
On Thursday last week, two of my lads went on the first part of window cleaning NVQ, the Trainor was Andrew Willis, i think, and the lads told me it was fantastic, great course, educational, entertaining, and a great guy, and great speaker,  and not because they got a day off regular work. They learnt loads, and yes we have full risk assesments, job method statements etc for every job, we work for the large chemical sites on Teesside, so are well aware of safety and legislation etc, but are very gratefull for the course and information given by Andrew & impact 43. They was a post knocking the courses and why window cleaners need nvq, but in mine and my two lads oponions, it is fantastic training and well worth it, even though it cost me nothing. as the courses are fully funded.

thanks

How much if you have Nvq,s?
I have 3 lots of nvqs in various things and was asked to attend a course a few months back but was too busy to take 3 days off.
Next time might go if its not too expensive.
