i only get rsi from my hydraforce for some reason, i just swap hands, might be good to try a few left handed passes or right which ever is opposite of the norm and start getting used to it.

I tried swapping over once but it just didn't feel right. I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

Have just fitted a new K-valve,might be because it's a new spring, although it feels lighter than the one it replaced.
Will give it a go with my left on the trigger

Perhaps if you carry on being busy your hand /arm will strengthen and things will be fine.

Wish that was the case Mike, but after 7 years doing this,it has not made it any better, also used to suffer from it when working as a chef,as it's the hand I hold the knife with, constant chopping used to really hurt it.
Had to stop using my posh Global knives, the ones made of metal,as the vibrations from chopping used to travel right down my wrist.
Also used. to suffer it in my wrist from cueing up records when I used to dj.
Think me breaking it as a young lad has not helped at all

I use circuit training and boxing training to keep my body fit enough to cope with being able to push a wand for extended periods and day in day out. I try to keep my muscles in a state of fatigue and have done for 20 years. Fitness is a state of recovery and my recovery is such that I am able to push a wand for long periods and be able to recover to do the same the next day and the day after that. It is not uncommon for me to do a 15 hour shift if a large job comes in and it is no good to be incapable of doing it. It also is good to be able to work at that pace without having to suffer the pain of aching muscles and joints.

Ive just been to the Drs because my right arm hurts constantly whenever I grip or rotate the arm and he has told me it is tennis elbow. Two of my customers are physiotherapists and said the same. The Dr said it would work itself out eventually but the physios said that because I am gripping all the time that it wont improve and is best treated within the first 6 months or its a long break to recover a or change of career. I wear an arm clamp which spreads the load.
Apparently its most common with manual workers and NOT tennis players.

I'm just wondering if one of those wands that allow you to do push and pull strokes could be adapted so that you don't have to be using the trigger constantly by putting an 'on' clip to it.

I had a touch of tennis elbow.
It just disappeared after about 3 months.
It's a trapped nerve isn't it?
Get lower back ache now and again.

Tennis elbow is inflammation in the tendons of your arm.

Should we all be considering something like this as health insurance?
