[Cleaning Buddy]

Does anyone on here use this system?

If so is the standard kit that comes with it good enough?

I am just wondering whether the poles that come with the kit are long enough to reach over conservatories, extensions etc.

I would appreciate any thoughts, good or bad

My Dad has just ordered one of these systems. The poles come in 5 foot lengths which I think is a good length, each one weighs a kilo, I believe that they come as standard with 4 lengths which will just get you over a small conservatory. What you need to keep in mind is that each section weighs a kilo so the more you put on the heavier the pole will be. My dad ordered 6 sections for a length of 30 ft but that means the pole will weigh 6 kilos if you use all the sections at once at an angle that would be a killer.

It does seem to be a good company to deal with though, very helpful.

i like the look of the mirror idea but working wise would be a pain!

yes great for checking the gutters before you start but would be a pain weight wise to work with at the same time as clearing out the gutter, so you would have to keep taking it on and off all the time

I BOUGHT A FULL KIT FROM NICK AND IT DOES THE JOB GREAT ,WITH THE MIRROR YOU PUT IT ON THE BACK OF THE POLE AND JUST ROTATE IT TO CHECK THEM AFTER YOU HAVE CLEARED THEM OUT ,I BOUGHT A EXTRA TOP SECTION WHICH IS STILL COMPLETLEY ROUND AT THE END AS YOU DO GET GUTTERING THAT IS VERY EXPOSED THEN VERY EASY TO CLEAR ,PAID FOR ITSELF ALREADY
