Queries on Selling Rounds
« on: July 13, 2011, 09:01:05 am »
Another current thread has got me thinking.

When the time comes for me to hang up my poles, how do I go about selling my round?  I have full records with all customer details etc.

My main query is - ok, I put the round up for sale etc, but how do I advise customers etc.  As I see it, there is no guarantee to the buyer that my customers will want to use him/her.

Also, at what point does money change hands etc etc.

Any other info would be appreciated too.

Most customers don't seem to notice a new face ... I speak from experiance ... However simple way once u have seen a deposit or full payment is to work the round with new guy for 1 or 2 months then customers get to see new bloke then any not met u take him around at evening or weekend to introduce this will cover about 95% of round

Best way would be for the customers to see you working together for a few months.
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go
