James you can get an NVQ in just about everything, I think I have one in combat infantryman ;D but in all seriousness my ex employee has one all funded and paid for by my local council, I couldn't do it as they wanted £1200 for me to do it

It took months for him to get it and a few on site visits from an assessor,

Although I see from posts on here you can get it from a few days in a classroom.

That said the ex employee is still unemployed as far as I know, and on paper he is more qualified than me,
