Question for Nuneaton Guys
« on: July 10, 2011, 04:13:58 pm »
Does anyone in Nuneaton know of someone know as Mud please?

This is what he did to our house in the early hours on Thursday morning.

Twice over the limit, no insurance and then reverse out and tried to do a runner

Think we now have his surname name which is Morris and he is working on the new development on Queen Elizabeth Road possibly as a sparky for his dad's company.

So even if he looses his license the tosser will still be able to carry on earning without and concern for the fact he has demolished the front of our hard earned home.

It'd feel good, but its not exactly the best solution :)

Hopefully you can do something to sue him or similar?

Bloody hell !

Glad you and family are ok mate.

They usually throw the book at people who drink & drive with lengthy bans

However crashing into someones house and then trying to drive away is another level as far as i am concerned !

You should be able to voice your opinion when it gets to court. Tell them you want them to jail him and that your family dont have the secure feeling that you had before he crashed into your house.

Well we went to court today to see what the little tosser got.

All he was a 17month ban but was given the option of the course to reduce the ban by 4months, a £60 fine and £300 compensation for £20k worth of damage to our home never mind the stress on the two of us and the 2 months of building work we have to put up with.

Turns out the car wasn't even his he borrowed it from a friend.

Sue him mate ... thats disgusting !!!

There is no justice in this country any more !

I had a guy smash my wing mirror off with his car and drive off... i got his plate details and he got 6 points £200 fine and £50 compensation to me.

That little scroat want the life beating out of him and the judge does too. Not to mention his mate who lent him the car probably knowing full well he was ped up

yes fortunately we are insured but no doubt the premiums will go up next year by more that he has been fined.

I really would like to give him a kicking he will never forget.

Get yourself and the Mrs down the doctors and tell them you are suffering from stress, re-occuring nightmares and panic attacks because of what this prick has done to your home.
Keep it up for a few months or more and then get in touch with a solicitor to sue the c*** for as much as you can get.

If you can prove this, dob him in to the DSS.
