Although it's now been removed, there was a notice on the website notifying of a 5 day lead time to allow for the package & dispatch of all the pre-orders, or something along those lines. I pre-ordered a slx 25. The end section of my current slx 25 has just about worn out after 4 years of daily abuse! ;D

mid to end july for availability , but advised it will be end before stock comes in.

Had to ditch my order of slx & clx poles and get an elite 30.
plus a gooseneck is nearly ready for these so bit the bullet .

you can split the 30ft elite and take away 2 sections which leaves you with a 20ft pole, happy days  :)   BOGOF in my eyes .

i appreciate that the gardiners may or may not be one of the best poles available and i was looking forward to getting all my gardiner gear
but "hey ho" you cant clean windows with thin air.

You can split Gardiner poles. I split my Xtreme 48 sometimes. ;) My mate splits his Smax.

how do you split them thanks

You need to take the positive stops off. These are just a wrap of tape on the base of each section which prevents the section from sliding all the way out. I think you will have to mark it though so you don't over extend. The Xtremes are already marked & my MKI slx was already marked as this first slx version didn't have positive stops. Personally, I prefer my poles without the positive stops, that's how I've always used them & it makes for easy & immediate removal of sections. ;)
