As said before this is really annoying both for you the user and for us the supplier when this happens. We would happily have the pole back to sort for you Vin, but I realise that this would tie up valuable time.
If you get the chance, have a go of the SLX. I know with a CLX you can 'wobble yer hip' and the tip of the pole will flick back 'n' forth effortlessly cleaning the top of the window, but the rigidity and smoothness of the SLX is great, as compared to the wobbly CLX.The SLX is more expensive because it's a better pole. And try a Ninja, at £85 delivered, it has certainly exceeded my expectations. Given the choice between an SLX, CLX or a Ninja, my firm preference is a Ninja. I don't think a pole could be made as light, as stiff, or as easy to use (though it takes a morning to fully get used to it, and I tweaked some of the join lengths by removing the tape stops and repositioning them). Keep an open mind; 'cos I don't like having to quote William James all the time!

Also have several CLX's but thats the first 22 foot, really well balanced with that new brush on the end. The dogs !!! as they say

New pole and brush today........22 CLX .Fitted with the new Extreme black brush.Unbelievably light. I can only see that this is going to make the job quicker and easier. Might have to start charging custys less !!!!Also, gone is that stiff yellow pole hose, its a nice soft flexy one now. I did like the stiff one but you can't please everyone i suppose. And for the neanderthals who can't close or look after their clamps properley they've upped the type of glue they use on the clamps..I only hope Gardiners never get into marketing to home owners or we'll all be finished !!!!
