Cleaning fascias with grills ?

I have tried my wfp for a first time on my friends hows, have leaned his gutters and fascias. A problem i had that fascias with grills as on the picture and water drags all the dirt from inside. as much as I try to clean them dirt comes out. any tips please ?

Wash all tje vents, allow to drip dry for a while, then tie a scrim to the brush and dry

Vented soffit board ;)

Just keep cleaning till the dirt stops,there wont be that much in there,i used to fit them,it will just be cobwebs and bits of dust from the felt lining from the roof.
Alternatively clean up to them.

We clean with wfp and then when we have done a full side we will go back with a sponge attached to unger clamp on the end of a pole and wipe the drip marks.Once we have wiped with the sponge we then use a microfibre floor polisher to dry the grills off.
