« on: July 03, 2011, 06:23:27 pm »
about the work that is due during the time of your holiday. I'm just starting my 3rd year full time and this is the first time I'm having two consecutive weeks off. I had a week off before ,and just managed to catch up,but i was and still are building my business. I just had a look to see what is due and shocked my self how much is due. I'm interested in what you all do? Thanks

It's not life and death Steve. Just pick up where you left off. Can't see any custies running away because you're 2 weeks late.

just go on holiday and have a good time  ;)
the work you would do on the 1st day of your holiday, do it on your 1st day back and carry on like that, youi are just 2 week behind after 4 week you8 will be straight up again

Sounds about right to me.  One of the great things about being self-employed is not being shackled to other people's calendars and clocks.

There are just one or two on our round who are really fussy if we're late so we just make sure we've done them on time, others won't even notice so just make sure you do the ones that are a bit OCD about being spot on 4 weeks and enjoy your holiday and don't worry about the rest!  8)
