First thing I looked for - but thanks for mentioning it anyway  .
The phone number on the letter is their's and I have only communicated by phone so far.

I mention this because I had contact from my Bank complete with the full letter heading, phone nos, correct logos etc which was identical to a genuine letter head - it was a scam approach. Just ensure  you cover all your bases.
