I'm Impressed

I ordered an item the other day which was sent by Royal Mail recordered. Got an email this morning from Royal Mail telling me they have this package is at the local sorting office and they will attempt to deliver today.

This must be a first as I have never had this before from them.  :)

Yes got it same day. Told the postie who delivered the item that I was impressed with this email advise which made his day. Guess they don't get many people praising them at the moment.
