Pricing depends where you are in the country. where are you based?

Hi i do pressure washing I merly estimate how long the job will take and work out by hourly or day rate with a minmum charge of £150 (£100 if very local) sand etc priced at cost. for other work eg signage and consevatry (if i did these ) I would also price based on an hourly rate giving the customer a fixed price.

Remember you are ofering a specialised one off service using expensive equipment so this should be acordingly priced.

Why not try the other forum as they have a pressure washing section. (independant cleaning fourum)

The price for pressure washing is often by the square metre.
in my locality it's £2.00 to £3.00 per Square metre for washing and re-sanding block paving and £1.50 to £2.00  for slabs or concrete which is very cheap compared with some other areas. you need to research who charges what in your locality by asking locally.

Read the past posts on this and other forums to gain an insight into what is required and be aware that domestic work is highly seasonal and you may struggle to get much interest at this time of year. having said that august was really slow i mean just a handful of jobs and poor ones at that yet i had three quotes and a demo to do today and september was really busy so you never know. my advice is charge a good rate for the job so you allow yourself time to do a pro job to the highest standard and your work is your best advert.

there is a lot more to this game than you might think but good luck with your venture.
