I'm in the process of suing a company for unpaid invoices, £1,464.00
Wrote to them lots and now started court proceedings cost £95 to start,
I am now suing them for a total of £2,600.
Once an invoice is 'Late' Mine are all 30 days to pay, you can start and charge interest on a daily rate, also you can claim compensation of £40 per invoice upto £999.00 then £70 up to £10,000. It keeps going up....
Goverment Legislation for all this is called; 'The late payment of commercial Debt (interest) Act 1998.
I've had to learn all about this stuff during this process. its all there for OUR benifit.

ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ABOVE ‘INVOICE DATE’
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms. If your owed money there is so much help online but never let them get away It!!!!
