cant help with the problem but just wondered if that is place you got yours from??

and what you paid for it??

always thought: these uk suppliers are just buying crop sprayers from chine etc and then sticking another few 00s on the end.

take the back off and check for loose wires.

or  could be the fuse ,easy to fix try a bit of kitchen foil wrapped round it if you dont have one.

check also for cracked battery

Hi
I think I paid about 300 pounds from Ionics

Taken back off, no loose wires and changed fuse, checked battery - no joy.

Hi

Taken back off, no loose wires and changed fuse, checked battery - no joy.

also spray with wd40 especially round the switch and controller

and give a full charge

if you connect up the battery direct to your charger ,switch on and it should go

Just make sure there is not an obstruction between the trolley outlet and the brush.
The pump wont operate if there is a blockage.
Not likely but worth checking.

Not all trolleys are crop sprayers, ours certainly not, just the saints trolleys are, and someothers, but as i was told today by a shop custumer, atleast you can have some glue to solve all.

Why are you surprised? I hold £70,000 worth of stock, (not just window cleaning) and sell at good prices, one of the cheapest Vacuum sellers, aswell as carpet cleaning products, Believe it or not only a small % of cleaners live on here, and most cleaning companies have no slavish alegance to ONE supplier.

To all the guys who posted comments - Thanks.

Why they all end in arguments though is very annoying.

Hi
Still not sure - I have tried everything - it would be great if I could send it off somewhere and see if they can fix it - then I will know and will let all of you know ;D

good luck

this might seem like a long shot  :) but you know the 5 speed round switch,

well its got a cover on it which says 1 2345 yes

well it comes loose from the actual switch and it will turn, but not switch the pump on

if you know what i mean  :)

solution is pull it off ,then try switch ,mine worked fine after that ::) ;D
