In my website activity page it lists
views and visitors, what's the difference?

I mean if someone visits my website then
they obviously view it.
If they view it they must have visited it or
am I missing something.

Visitors = number of (unique - depending on your settings) visitors.

Views = number of pages viewed by the visitors. Someone may visit the site once but view twenty different pages.
