haha steve what system do you use were having problems coz wcp is isolated too one machine and me and my sales manager need to both access the computer sometimes and were swapping desks etc

It does kind of what i need it to do. i have 3 licenses and it can be a mission keeping on top as only one person can use it at a time.

It does have some major drawbacks for me but i guess as it don't cost me nothing i can't complain

i emailed them about a month ago and asked about compass 180 and was told in a roundabout way that it might not be happening due to poeple not wanting to pay the £25 monthy fee i think it was so im now using excel

eric thats one of the things which is a pain ya cant print out ya database fffffffff'in nightmare wcp is a pretty decent system just needs tweaking and developing furthur instead of planning new things

its just for 2 laptops and a computer. its so i can move about with the app. Minly to get peace and quiet when doing my paperwork

It wouldn't surprize me if compass thingy me bob doesn't happen.

I still think they should of developed wcp as they intended and charged for updates but hey ho its not gonna happen!

HAHA what a joke they really are, glad i went back to George as soon as they said there not delvoping it any more. At least this time you have been warned before hand that if they do bring it out and no one buys it then that will b left i persume

Im thinking of returning to george

My database file corrupted in wcp and lost 3 months info (my bad for not backing up recently)

But still i think its a dodgy thing to happen

I tried sending my file and never heard anything

Im really gutted as i like the software but this really messed me up and ive lost info on about 350 worth of debt so am trying to play it by ear but am probably losing money through it

Also george pocket works on a cheap old palm wheras wcp needs windows etc so all said and done i think when i can be assed putting all my info back in george i will go back

i have had a few problems with them recently as far as communication goes,they basically said they wont talk to me unless i upgrade to gold service...............nice that is,18 months ago after extensive research,i stumped up £200 of the queens on the promise of regular updates,good back up service etc etc etc............now i like this software its well nice and friendly to use,but i suspect in 2 years time unless these boys pull them fingers out and put some updates on to suit the ever changing world we live in   i.e to suit the latest software on mobiles,expenses on mobile(that one has been promised for 18 months at least!!!!) them we will all be buying bricks off e bay!!!!!!!!!!!! to run with wcp ..as for the
compass 180 story.....................its a no brainer they aint doing it cus it aint viable,that they have worked out!!!!!!!!!!!...................SO MR WCP BOYS....pull your fingers out and dont leave your customers high and dry......................

I must have bought the premium package, as every time I have had a problem they have always sorted it out ( the problem is I am computer illiterate  ) so I have only good things to say about wcp.
If they have brought out a new program I would certainly have a look.

Mr Keen and Clean,Ian Henderson stated on this site WCP has made a loss since being introduced,as for £200 of the queens,well you would be lost without it,no other program currently on the market has the features of the software you would be lost without it "nice that is,18 months ago after extensive research” a quick google search i reckon….LOL !!!!!

You could always get your missus to ring up on your behalf, tell them your crying in the corner and ask for your money back cause she didn't know you spent £200 in the first place.
